Nineteenth century English green glass pitcher and beaker set. A seldom seen set of six antique mold-blown green opaque glass beakers or tumblers with a matching pitcher. The beakers are smooth and cylindrical in shape. The pitcher is hand-blown with an applied green handle. Probably from Bristol, England. Early Victorian era. Sold as a set of 7.
Beakers: Height: 3 3/4″ (9.5 cm), diameter: 2″ (5 cm), capacity: 1/2 cup/118 ml
Pitcher: Height: 6″ (15 cm) diameter: 3″ (7.6 cm), capacity: 4 cups/946 ml
Slight variation in size and colour. Air bubbles in a few places commonly found in hand-crafted glass of this period (not considered damage). In overall excellent condition for its age and delicacy.
