Description
Antique salt-glazed and embossed syrup pitcher. A very ornately decorated ivory-coloured syrup pitcher with a floral and foliage pattern around the base, with a moulded serpent-like handle, and with beading throughout. The stem has a raised band motif around the circumference. Unmarked. English. Dates to the second half of the 19th century, prior to 1890.

Condition
Minor crazing. Some minor wear or flea bites are faintly visible on the handle and spout (they have been repaired). No major cracks. In good overall condition for its age.
