Description
This Antique Staffordshire platter was produced by E. Challinor & Co., England c. 1853-1862. It is an antique Staffordshire Mulberry “Panama” platter. E. Challinor was an earthenware manufacturer at Fenton Potteries, Fenton (and c. 1862-67 also at the Unicorn Pottery) Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent (source: http://www.thepotteries.org/allpotters/262.htm).

Condition
No cracks. Slight discolouration around top edge and sides of platter that is not unusual for its age.
