An endearing pair of antique English Staffordshire poodles with pups. The charming animals are seated on cobalt blue bases. Each one has a different expression which is a clear sign of authentic early Staffordshire pottery. Sold as a pair. Circa 1850
Catalogued by Harding, (Victorian Staffordshire Figures 1835-1875) as Figures H2745 and H2746.

Condition
There is a chip at the bottom of the stand near the back. It is not visible from the front. There are no other condition issues. See photos for details.
